SETTING UP A WEB TEAM

If your company is starting a website or expanding an existing site you will need to plan for the right mix of skill-sets required to maintain the new site. This class explains the roles of team members.

Day One : Our industry experts analyze your site requirements by spending the day with your team and reviewing your site's growth plans. We review the cost of developing different areas of your site on an in house vs out-sourcing basis. We consider how robust your infrastructure needs are and what resources you will need to maintain it vs using an ASP.

Day Two: Team roles are defined to fit your group. Scenarios of workflow are discussed. Workflow software solutions will be devised.

Day Three: Training on workflow software

ADDITIONAL COURSE DETAIL on structure or any specific tool is available in one day intervals as requested.
