Hotline/Emergency Production Support

TAI provides guaranteed production support for SAP, Walker/Elevon and Web applications. Clients call on any contracted implementation or maintenance topic to request immediate advise, implementation or correction, including:

  • production problems or hangs including JCL/scheduling issues
  • production monitoring
  • unplanned enhancements or customizations
  • unscheduled/unstaffed small projects

The client provides dial in access and security for the contracted production applications . TAI guarantees the availability and timeliness of the necessary resources and completion of tasks.
