TAI provides guaranteed telephone and/or e-mail support for applications on a contract basis. Clients call for advice on any contracted implementation or maintenance topic. Call resolution summaries are documented and monthly status reports are provided.
Hotline/Emergency Production Support
TAI provides guaranteed production support for applications. Clients call on any contracted implementation or maintenance topic to request immediate advice, implementation or correction, including:
- Production problems or hangs
- Production monitoring
- Unplanned enhancements or customizations
- Unscheduled/unstaffed small projects
- The client provides dial in access and security for the contracted production applications. TAI guarantees the availability and timeliness of the necessary resources and completion of tasks.
