TAI offers complete production support, on-site or off-site. The purpose of this service is to allow clients to continue to use those systems that cannot be cost-effectively maintained with client staff.

Contracted deliverables include but are not limited to:

monitoring of on-line response time
batch scheduling, monitoring and delivery
implementation of planned enhancements or customizations
problem diagnosis and correction
database maintenance and performance monitoring
